Refunds & cancellation

What you are paying for
A slot for a period of time. The clock starts when the slot is issued and runs whether you use it or not.
When we refund
If we take your money and never deliver a working slot, you get all of it back. If the service is broken on our side for a meaningful stretch, we extend your time or refund that part. Ask us.
When we do not
Time already served. A ban, warning or restriction on your game account. Changing your mind. Being unhappy with how much the bot earned. The game changing or going down. Not using what you bought.
Cancelling
Cancel any time and the slot runs to the end of the period you paid for. There is no partial refund of a period already started.
Chargebacks
Open a chargeback instead of talking to us and your access ends immediately and permanently. If you think something is wrong, message us first. We would rather fix it than fight it.
Asking
Open a ticket in our Discord with the account and what went wrong. We answer every one, including the ones we turn down.
